Shipping policy

We currently ship in the United States and US Territories.

Purchases will be shipped via USPS. You can expect your purchase to arrive within 3-14 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery to most destinations in 1-4 business days. Please contact us PRIOR to ordering, as we will send an invoice for the expedite shipping cost. The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order. Please allow up to 5 business days (M-F) to process and pack your order. You may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. Not all delivery methods are available to all areas.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking information to be available on the carrier website once you receive your shipping notification.We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate. Please note that business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.

Domestic Standard shipping - Usually 5 to 7 business days.
Domestic Expedited shipping - Usually 2 to 5 business days.
Domestic Express shipping - Usually 1 to 2 business days.

In some cases post office does not show any status on the tracking but please do not worry. This is a delay on their end, rest assured that your package has been shipped the day you received our shipping confirmation.Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email once your order is processed.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
